Louisa Hawton, alias Bang Bang Lulu, is a 35-year old Filipino-Australian pro boxer from Perth, Western Australia. She fights with an orthodox stance in the atomweight division and currently holds a 10-2 record. Louisa made her professional debut in March 2014 with a win against the Thailander Nongaen Phosuwan. She won 6 consecutive matches after that, including the bout against Kei Takenaka of Japan that gave her the WBO World Female Light Flyweight Title.
Although Bang Bang Lulu lost her next two championship bouts for the vacant WBC International Female Flyweight Title and interim WBC International Female Atomweight Title, she bounced back stronger than ever. In December 2019, Louisa outboxed the American Lorraine Villalobos and finally won the interim WBC International Female Atomweight Title via unanimous decision at Barclays Center Brooklyn, New York.
Hawton is now living in the USA and looking to continue her impact on the International flyweight and atomweight divisions.
