Matt Sheehan is a southpaw pro boxer from Victoria who holds a record of 6 wins and 1 loss. He debuted in April 2017 and won the vacant Victoria State Light Heavyweight title in November 2018, just after 5 bouts. He defeated Mark Smith to claim the belt via way of technical knockout.

As an amateur boxer, Matt was able to win the state titles for the middleweight and light heavyweight divisions. He also fought in the nationals to try his luck for the 2016 Olympics qualifications.

Currently, Matt is preparing for his next professional bout in May 2020 against Eroni Ligaloa, who is unbeaten in his two outings.
