Australian boxer Troy O’Meley started boxing at the age of 16, with the dream of becoming Australia’s greatest boxer.
The orthodox boxer has been exposed to a wide range of boxing experiences, including travelling to Thailand to train with the Thai Army Boxing team for four years. His talents also saw him selected as captain of the Thailand World Series Boxing Team - The Bangkok Elephants.
After a successful amateur career with 125 fights, 98 wins and 27 losses, O’Meley turned professional on August 4, 2017 in the super welterweight division. The boxer from Gosford, New South Wales is currently undefeated in 11 bouts and claimed the Australian Super Welterweight Championship in March 2020.
