This design evenly distributes the weight of the punching bag and reduces stress on the frame, resulting in a longer lifespan for the hanger. Its assembly is simple and it can support punch bags up to 250kg, making it the ideal choice for heavy punch bags. The hanger allows for easy in and out movement with 80cm of space between the wall and the bag. The high-quality steel used is the same as our CrossFit rigs, ensuring a durable and permanent bracket fixture.
