An indigenous and Fijian descent, Renold Quinlan is an orthodox boxer nicknamed the “Dungutti Destroyer”. He is well-known for his knock-out of ex-world champion Daniel Geale in 2016, giving him the IBO Super-Middleweight Championship.
During the first six years of his pro career, Quinlan was on-and-off the ring until he came back in 2013 and fought in a series of matches. Finally, in 2015, he won his first title via TKO against Ricardo Ramallo and took home the IBO International Super-Middleweight belt.
Renold Quinlan also captured the PABA interim Super-Middleweight title in 2015 by knocking out Michael Van Nimwegen. However, he lost his WBO and WBA International light-heavyweight championship matches, as well as the IBO Super-Middleweight championship match in London, England. Right now, Quinlan is ready for his next match and bounce back from his losses.
